Comparative evaluation of various analgesics in irreversible pulpitis to reduce pain

It is of interest to evaluate a single dose three different analgesics compared placebo in patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis. 120 were enrolled severe pain this prospective clinical trial. Patients randomly divided into four groups after shaping and cleaning root canals. This includes placebo, piroxicam 20mg, acetaminophen 325mg aceclofenac sodium 100mg 650mg. Participants given questionnaire note the scores at various time intervals (6 hrs, 12 24 hrs) along respective tablets concealed manner. Data thus collected was analyzed for statistical significance. The severity decreased all interventional control group (p <0.01) 6 hours. Zerodol-P dolonex showed better reduction comparison dolo 650 <0.05) shows that both zerodol-P had similar effects intervals. Thus, analgesic such as Dolonex following canals relieved treatment. However, Dolo performed during initial 6hrs completion placebo.
